The Konica Minolta direct branches involved in this acquisition are strategically located in areas where ACP currently operates and can support these customers with their current equipment as well as offer them an expansive list of technology solutions.
With the acquisition of these Konica Minolta branches, ACP is able to expand into new markets and fortify their existing presence in – Boulder, Fort Collins, Pueblo, Colorado Springs, Grand Junction, Cheyenne, Laramie, Flagstaff, Omaha, Lincoln, and Kearney.

Due to this acquisition, and in conjunction with the continuous annual growth of their organization, ACP will surpass the $125 Million annual revenue mark this year. In addition to the acquisition of clients, ACP is also bringing on over 70 employees from Konica Minolta to help ensure a smooth transition and success for their new clients.
