Types of Copiers & Printers

Newer models are incredibly easy to connect to the internet, which makes document sharing/processing incredibly smooth. Desktop Copiers 

A desktop printers/copier is a great choice for smaller companies that are looking to keep things simple. Their compact size enables them to fit conveniently on a desk or small table, hence the name. Their smaller stature comes with some limitations, such as not being able to surpass 11x17 size paper - but for those just looking for basic functionality, this is not usually an issue. 

Wide Format Printers 

Wide format printers are a must have for those who work with a lot of print media. They can accommodate paper sizes far larger than “standard” copiers and printers, and they make it easier to work with creating things like posters, images, and banners. 

Label Printer

This technology works with your computer to convert printed text into digital characters and in turn holds many advantages over traditional scanning. ‍

How Much Do You Prioritize Print Speed?

If you are printing out bulk marketing materials, an 80 PPM printer might be more suitable, whereas one on the lower end might be more appropriate for a small operation only printing papers for internal use. ‍
